Laura Lippman is an amazing writer and I have had the rare opportunity to have worked with her since her very first book. Acutally her first mystery; she has other writings which would need some investigative reporting to uncover. But, never mind, her books for me have always been smart and interesting. And, they have always received well deserved raves!


Two years ago she broke out with her wonderful WHAT THE DEAD KNOW.


Now we have an amazing book, LIFE SENTENCES, and I think Laura herself is the best ambassadess of her new book.
