Every Wednesday evening, editors all around New York City (and elsewhere) hold their collective breath as they await the early arrival of the New York Times bestseller list. As almost every author knows, the list arrives on our computers somewhere between 5:30 and 6:30 PM.
Last week, we couldn't have been more excited when we saw that both Julia Quinn and Rachel Gibson hit the list. And when I opened this week's list, I was thrilled once again when we saw Julia and Rachel had both hit the list again--this week at #6 and #7 respectively.
Of course, that says to me that Avon Books once again has total domination of the romance world! (Okay, that is boastful, but I can't help it!) Congratulations to these two amazing authors.
